3. UPI Payments and Transactions
Our vending machines accept payments via UPI (Unified Payments Interface). By making a payment at any OranGo machine, you agree to the following:
- All payments are processed in real time. Once a payment is successfully debited and juice is dispensed, the transaction is considered complete.
- If a payment is debited from your account but the product is not dispensed due to a machine malfunction, you are entitled to a refund as per our Refund Policy.
- We are not responsible for failed or delayed transactions caused by your bank, UPI application, or your internet connectivity.
- Any payment discrepancy or failed dispense must be reported within 48 hours of the transaction, along with photos as evidence as well as your UPI Transaction ID (UTR number) and the Machine ID displayed on the machine.
4. Third-Party Links and Content
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of such websites. Links to external sites do not imply our endorsement of those sites.
No link to our website should be presented in a manner that is libelous, obscene, or criminal, or that infringes upon any third-party rights. We reserve the right to request removal of any such links.
